Clicking submit twice skips results page

The submit button is sometimes very slow on my site (I plan to try switching off Ajax to see if that helps), so users sometimes click it once, wait a few seconds, and then click it again. They then get the “You cannot take this quiz more than once0” message instead of the quiz results screen.

Is there anything that can be done about this problem?
