Clicks input field on hover

    Hi! Recently, I’ve noticed new problem which wasn’t there before: when I hover with mouse over Number input fields, it automatically clicks it so I start to type. That’s really inconvenient because sometimes there a default value in the field and typing starts from the first digit not last; or when field was empty I simply hover over it and it automatically generates error that this field cannot be empty (but I didn’t mean to click it). Hope you can fix it soon, because like that forms cannot function normally.

    Thank you for reporting this, I was able to replicate it on your form and on a fresh form.

    We reported it to our developers, we can’t give an estimated time to fix it but I hope we do it soon, please keep the plugin updated and eyes on new releases.

    @wpmudevsupport12, thanks for fast reply and contacting developers! My forms look not functioning properly now because of this bug, is it possible to roll back forminator version to the previous? Otherwise, is there javascript code I could apply on this Number fields so they are not automatically activated on hover? Please let me know, thanks!

    Hi @nicewp123

    It is, make a full backup of your site ( By default Forminator saves the data ) but a backup is always our best friend.

    Download the previous version from https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/forminator/advanced/ and upload to WordPress > Plugins > Add New > Upload, the WordPress itself will handle the downgrade.

    @wpmudevsupport12, thank you for your help, rolling back to “1.20.1 ( 2022-11-17 )” solved the issue!
