Clicky for all users and not only admins? (option under settings?)

Just changing ‘manage_options’ for ‘read’ at:yst_plugin_tools.php
var $accesslvl = ‘read’;
—Could this perhaps be made an option under settings? Don’t like the idea of manually modifying this after every update.
