Client Booking Turned off
-
(Note – The actual page in question is the calendar that will show up as a step within the booking process, without an actual URL change)
Starting in April, a “booking rule” is preventing clients from seeing salon availability, for the entire month & months moving forward. The only way I know there is a “booking rule” preventing availability is because of the calendar view on the backend (via the wp dashboard/salon plugin/calendar). When I hover over the days, they are all greyed out, with “booking rule” as the popup. However, when I select these days, no booking rule shows in the next window (where you would normally see appointments paid/canceled/pending, etc). Based on the normal booking rules/hours of the salon, there are no rules that completely close the salon throughout the week. They are the same hours that were running in March.
The latest version of the plugin is running on the site. Within the booking rules, there are no blackout dates that turn the entire month off.
Is there a previous booking window date/option that was available in an older version of the plugin, that is still active in the code, but invisible now? That is the only thing I can think of that would turn off booking for the month of April.
