Client changed /blog in Settings and site doesn’t work

Hi,

My client: https://www.benwoodwardmusic.com/blog was inside the WordPress system and went to the General Settings and took out the “/blog” from the url of the site. His site is not working and we cannot login to the admin panel. How can this be fixed?
