• Hello there,
    I have really enjoyed using this plugin on our site to help us keep everthing looking neat and organized. however we recently decided to downgrade all Administror accounts and set them all with the role of Author.

    ClientDash is working normally on those Author accounts, however it’s no longer working on the “Only” Administror account we have left. the regular WordPress menu bar appear on the left side.

    Any ideas what might be wrong? I have tried disabling and then enabling back the plugin with no luck.

    Thanks in advance.

  • I have the same issue. And when I go to the Plugins Page and click the Settings link that appears with the Client Dash plugin, I get this message, “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

    Help.

    Hi there @mccroryj, unfortunately it’s very unlikely you will receive any help at all from the developers on these regards. I never received any.

    I would suggest you to look for a very nice plugin called “Menu Editor Pro” it’s like Client Dash, but better and it works as intended.
    Regards!

    @realact and @mccroryj,

    I know that this is late, but have you both tried to update to the latest version of Client Dash? There have been some bug fixes recently that may have corrected your problems.

    There was recently a changeover in development at Real Big Plugins and I am now handling all development and support for Client Dash as well also many other high-ticket-volume projects. I am going to find a way to enable email notifications for the Support Forums here, but please know that there was no malicious intent in your ticket being missed.
