Client email cannot authenticate using “Test Email”

So when I use my personal gmail account ([email protected]) and populate the SMTP plugin using that email and login credentials I am able to successfully “Test Email”.

However when I attempt using my clients gmail account ([email protected]) and enter in the login credentials I get the following error message:

The email login credentials I have for client email are good because I can log into their gmail inbox with no problem.
