Client Image List Link To Page

Tried searching for a solution, and haven’t quite found an answer to my problem. I am looking to have a page on my site with a list of images (with titles)that link to another page on my site that I can put a gallery on.
Something similar to this: https://www.takenbyandre.com/index2.php#/gallery_sec1/
When you click on one of the images, it links to:
https://www.takenbyandre.com/index2.php#/rgallery1/1/Is there a plugin that can create this? Or is there a simple way to do this?
