    We have a shop website running, its still been tested. When the orders are done, we noticed that the woocommerce client notification order email disappear. We tested on this on Gmail, and btinternet. We instatlled email log plugin to check this, and we know that they are being processed, but the emails just dont show up. We asked our webhost for details, siteground, and they made an order – and the client notification order went straight to them. The email was [email protected]

    So it looks like the process email from woocommerce for the clients notification, to gmail or BT, is been banned or something? Like its been filtered out?

    We do have a contact form 7 in the website, that works fine, so the SMTP works ok. Is there something we can do? thank you

    its the “Processing order “. Because its an error, the email is sent to the original email. Looks like BT and gmail wont ise the woocommerce process:

    “Sorry, your message cannot be delivered. The mailbox you are trying to send to is currently unavailable or disabled, or your email has been rejected for policy reasons

    Your message was rejected by mx-bt.mail.am0.yahoodns.net for the following reason:

    5.7.9 Message not accepted for policy reasons. See https://help.yahoo.com/kb/postmaster/SLN7253. ”

    Any help would be great….

    There must be a way to beat this?
