    Hi.

I’ve looked through the topics here and nothing seems to fit the bill. I have a client site with 4 separate Facebook pages – each is displayed on a different page. They were all working until just recently (I honestly don’t know exactly when).

Now, I get the page description from FB but none of the posts. The access token in the Facebook Feed Options page reports that it’s working and I’ve cleared my cache. I even went so far as to uninstall and reinstall the plugin.

I assume this has something to do with the changes FB has rolled out, but it seems a bit strange that on each of the feed display pages the description text comes through without a problem, but not the feed itself.

    Any ideas?

    Hey @maxxd,
Sorry for the troubles! You’ll may need to refetch an access token from the page you are trying to display. To set it go to the Facebook options page under the Feed Them tab when logged into your WordPress dashboard. NOTE: You must have access to a Facebook account that has admin privileges to the Page you are trying to display.

Be sure to clear the cache after doing so by clicking to Feed Them tab > Settings > Global Options > Clear cache

This is due to Facebooks recent changes to their API and relative to the privacy changes they are now enforcing.

@slickremix – thanks for the quick reply. I already refreshed the access token I’d been using, but again there are 4 separate feeds that we’re trying to pull in. Unless I’m missing something, there’s only 1 area to enter an access token.

At this time the plugin can only do one Facebook feed with these new changes. We are going to be working this out soon though to where you can save more than one. Before Facebook made these changes this wasn’t an issue you only needed one access token to get multiple feeds. They have become very strict after news about Cambridge Analytica came out again.

Thanks for your patience with us as we work these things out.

Completely understand – thanks for the info, and good luck with the update!
