Client says the score shown on a post changed without intervention

Our client has reported to us that they have noticed that the the red / amber / green scoring changed without any further changes being made to the content of the post.
So initially the readability score was green, but it seems later it turned red. We wondered, what might be the cause of that?

We understand you are facing random change in SEO score while using Yoast SEO 22.8.
Kindly update Yoast SEO to 23.2 and also please make sure your site meets the requirement. Then try to check if the issue appears.
