Client with 3 sites, 3 domains and 1 legal department

Anyone have any advice and tips before moving forward?

I have a client who has different divisions of the company, each with their own site on their own domain (e.g. https://www.company1.com, https://www.company2.com, https://www.company3.com). They would like to have a single account type (reviewer / legal):

– with access all 3 sites;
– be able to review any changes to any post on any of the three sites/domains;
– be the sole account type that has the ability to publish.

All other account types given to managers/content writers would be set as a Contributor.

Will this plugin help me to accomplish those goals?
