• Hello,

    I have an urgent issue:

Today my friend contacted me and told me he tried ordering some stuff online but it kept saying “no shipping” and “invalid address”

I am not happy with WordPress at all, I have issues all the time. I can’t figure out if it’s the server/webmaster or if it’s the continued updates.

Every other day there is an update.

Another client wrote this who was not able to buy:

I have two browsers on my HTC HD2; each has both desktop and mobile modes. Internet Explorer 6 could not handle the site. I got an out-of-memory message at line ## [I didn’t record the number]. That happens sometimes. My phone is a 3G device, but since I had to change service providers after moving back to Maryland (reception issues), speed dropped down to EDGE.

Using Opera 9, this is a first (to my best recollection) for not seeing a registration page from the home screen, prices by the items, nor having the ability to move an item into a cart. The checkout page is where I sometimes encounter problems. I was, however, able to tap on things and navigate within the site. Perhaps if my browsers are unsupported, your site recognizes my location as non-USA?

For both browsers, I closed all applications running in the background; as well as clearing cookies, cache, and history; closing/reopening Opera; and refreshing the page. I also switched from Swype to Touch Input. Perhaps there was a lot of traffic? I do not recall if I tried the Google Wireless Transcoder (GWT) URL: <https://google.com/gwt/n?u=> option. This is no longer built into Google Mobile, but still exists.

    PLEASE HELP ME !

I’m not convinced this is a WordPress issue specifically. What are you using and setting up the ecommerce?

    Woo Commerce is the ecommerce

Internet Explorer 6 is so far out of date, MS dropped support of it years ago. I can envision many, many problems that could be caused trying to access a stie built with uptodate features.

what happens if YOU try to order something? Try it while you are logged in and while not logged into the site

    What is the url?

Have you made any changes to the site other that WP updates? Updated any plugins? theme?
