Clients can’t proceed payments

    For few weeks, some clients have written to us because they can’t order on our website. They reported to be blocked by a message saying “The phone number for the french destination must start with + 33 or 0 (…)”. Or that the address is incorrect. One client reported that if she used Apple Pay instead of the checkout form, she could order.

    The problem is that it doesn’t happen all the time, so I can’t identify the problem.

    I would like to know if it’s possible to log this problem when it happens and solve it? Thank you very much, I really need help on this !
