Client′s design looks right in customizer preview – Totally broken live

    Hi,

    I′m not sure if this the theme or if it is a problem with Elementor. In the customizer view of Neve, everything looks as it should. But when you visit the page – the design is totally messed up.

    The colors are wrong, and the CSS from Elementor does not seem to show.

    I have deactivated all plug-ins and rolled back to previous versions of Elementor. I′m wondering if someone has any suggestions that I can try.

  • Hi, jabbalabba, I’m another user of the Neve theme.

    Out of curiosity, were you aware that the browser developer tools indicates that you have a missing CSS file?

    The missing CSS file is from the pc-custom-css plugin.

    Thank you for choosing Neve!

    We would suggest to back-up your site and try and re-install the theme along with Elementor in order to fix any missing files situation as @plantprogrammer suggested.

    If that didn’t work. You could try regenerating the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS. Also you should clear out all cache (browser, wp cache if you have a plugin for that, server cache) and try again.
