I have been having problems since the past few weeks with SenseiLMS plugin, i have tried creating a ticket a few days ago in “https://senseilms.com/es/my-account/support/“(with a different email) but i get no response and no follow up email.
Would you mind sharing the domain of the emails you used to reach out to Sensei support?
Also, would you share the title and body of the support ticket you submitted, so we can check our records?
It appears to only be happening with “@gmail.com” domain, buying the course with other domains works fine and it recieves all three.
That’s really odd — I wonder if the emails are getting filtered at the server level even before they reach the inbox.
To verify that Sensei is at least trying to send the alert emails, can you please install and activate the plugin that I’ve linked to below?

Once it is activated, try purchasing a course that would typically trigger an email (I recommend a test course that costs $0, with a test student). Then go into your Dashboard and look under Tools > Email Log. If there are log entries there for the welcome emails, then they are attempting to send, but something external to WordPress is preventing them.
Also, would you check and make sure Sensei email notifications are enabled at wp-admin/admin.php?page=sensei-settings&tab=email-notification-settings
? You are looking for “Welcome to Course” email to be active.
Lastly, if your learners are still not getting emails from you, would you ask them to add your Sensei site’s outgoing email address as contact to their server? This will ensure that the emails coming from your site is not getting filtered by Gmail server.
