Booking Ultra Pro Clients no longer receiving SMS reminders

2 months ago I asked help as I was receiving notifications “cron job called there are appointments” I was receiving these notifications every 30 minutes with dozens of emails filling my inbox. I have had no communication whatsoever regarding the issue, only messages stating you are sorry and busy over the holiday period. Now I don’t get these notification emails anymore at all and my clients are no longer receiving SMS reminder! Would you please fix this? I am requesting to receive 1 email stating there are appointments on the next day and SMS to be sent to my clients, just as it was when I first purchased your product.
