[NSFW] Clients not receiving confirmation email

I hope that you may be able to help.
I have been having an issue with clients not receiving a confirmation email when they book an appointment. I have tested a number of different email address to see if this is a glitch and I’m experiencing the same problem as my clients.
I have installed Post SMTP and that is login that the emails are being sent out and but I am not receiving my confirmation email when I do a test or if a client books.
I have checked that all the setting are correctly configured in the Notification Emails area and I am using the “from fixed…” settings.
This issue has only recently started occurring, and I am using the latest version of the plugin.
