Clients not receiving email of their form submission

Hi, when a client completes a form on my website they don’t receive an email. I’ve set up the their {email-1} in the email notification setting under the Recipient tab. I get the notification email of the submission but the clients don’t get the auto email I created in the Recipient tab.

What am I missing?
