Clock Out Issue

i face some issues
1. my employee stand without clock out how i catch it or how i auto clock out after 15 mints of idle system
even i apply policy on domain after 15 mints system is locked and WordPress session end and user logout from wordpress but still employee clock in

2 if user go home with do clock out on when he come on 2 day his time clock is running how i stopped it
3 show timer on clock in clock page how many time you spend on system
