If you look at your website time and try to find local time in google, you’ll see the time is the same.

I’m sorry, but I can not reproduce your problem. The plugin always show correct date here. I have no idea why the plugin displays wrong time on your side. Please, make sure your website don’t have and JS problems that could affect to MX Time Zone Clocks plugin or another features of your site.
Also, you can find similar plugins in www.ads-software.com directory. I’m sure there are lots of cool ones.
