Clone not working site dead

This was the worst experience I ever had with a plugin. I wanted to make a clone for test environment but the plugin wrote redirects into the database and the clone made errors like blank page, 404 or 500. Working like this is only a waste of time and money.
No way to rewind, no backups, no support, nothing. Interesting the author promotes its backup system, “your site will never go down”. I can say, yes, this is what you wanted to proof.
