Clone Taxonomy from one taxonomy group to another

So i have found a way to create post to taxonomy creation automaticly which is here.

Now i need a similiar way to deal with copying/cloning a taxonomy field from one taxonomy group to another.

Like ; I create a Fictional Books under the Taxonomy Books and i need this Fictional Books to be cloned to another Taxonomy named Best Selling Book Types .

Though the example might seem a bit dull, it kinda explains what im trying to achieve. So any help on the matter is greatly apriciated.
