Hi, I accidentally cloned a site with an active NFW instead of uninstalling NFW before as usual. The old hosting is already gone so the only version I have left is a site clone made with duplicator plugin. Stupid, I know, but it happenend and I’m wondring if there’s any workaround.

After trying to delpoy the site I only get this:

Warning: Unknown: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0

Fatal error: Unknown: Failed opening required ‘/home/username/domain.tld/wp-content/nfwlog/ninjafirewall.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/alt/php74/usr/share/pear’) in Unknown on line 0

Is there any way to save the installation by adding/deleting stuff in any files or within the database?

    Thanks in advance.

Rename or delete the php.ini or .user.ini, it likely has the firewall’s directive using the other server’s path. After renaming or deleting the file, it can take a few minutes before PHP refreshes its cache.

That did the trick indeed. Many thanks. So far I thought it’s useless to just delete the ini files – but the advice “it can take a few minutes” was important. So far when this happened I simply did not wait long enogh for the cache clearing. That will be a great help in the future.
