cloning possible with existing backup?

    Hello,
    I want to ask you a question. Please guide me.

    Currently, I do not have access to my website. But luckily i had backup up my site to my google drive with updraft plus.

    Now, I want to setup a new WordPress site under any of subdomain. Then, can I pull data from my google drive and clone the original site into subdomain with updraft plus.

    Is this possible?

    Hi,

    This is possible with UpdraftPlus. However, if the new site has a different URL (such as being in a sub-domain), you will need the paid Migrator add-on for WordPress. This add-on gives the tools to search the database for the site URL and replace it with the new URL.
