• I am backing up my development site. The URL is by default–

    localhost:nnnnn

XCloner insists on building the .tar file name including the colon after “localhost” Windows 7 file naming conventions fail with a colon. I end up with empty file and the name truncated after “localhost”

  • When generating a backup, you can simply specify another backup name if the default one fails, there is a field for that both in the Generate Backup screen and the cron config area
