Cloning started several hours ago and still running

    I’m trying to clone relatively small web site with free version of the plugin. Progress bar shows that the process is 100% complete but the process seems to be still running
    Please see screen shot

    I did run WP Optimizer before starting cloning.

    Could you please advise what the issue might be.

    Hi @blackhatrus

    I didn’t see a screenshot but we’ve seen this happen before if there were caching plugins being used, so if possible disable any caching and try again. It could also be due to errors causing by another plugin or server issues.
