Close, but not close enough on 4.1.1

    The plugin picked up maybe half of the external images, but for whatever reason there are some posts with external images which it just ignored.

    I hope this is because of WP 4.1.1 and the plugin will be updated soon, I really don’t want to have to fix all those images manually!
