• This is an amazing way to enhance Gutenberg block builder with WP default themes like Twenty Twenty One.

I found some issues while editing with Twenty Twenty One. First of all, I found for some strange reason the page title for my home page did not display. All other pages titles did. Very odd.(Edit: that turns out to be a quirk of Twenty Twenty One).

One important thing – it is described as a feature but not possible to edit the “Powered by WordPress” in the footer using Twentig with Twenty Twenty One.

The above were remedied when I switched to Twenty Twenty but that broke my design a little. It’s disappointing but I suppose if you are using Twenty Twenty you may find all the features work.

There are other plugins that enhance Twenty Twenty One and I will have to check them out to compare but Twentig is very good.

    Thanks for your feedback.

Indeed the Twenty Twenty-one theme removes the homepage title.

Twentig has an option to edit the “Powered by WordPress” that appears on Twenty Twenty-One. You can find it in the Customizer under Twentig Options > Footer. Select “custom” for the credit and type your text inside the custom credit field.

    Hope that helps,
    Tom

    Hi @ms416

Did you manage to edit “Powered by WordPress” on the Twenty Twenty-One theme with Twentig?

    Have a nice day,

Hi Tom. You are right. Thanks for taking the time to reply.

I had missed that dropdown choice to use “Custom.” I edited a php footer file in a child theme instead.

I have given up on Twenty Twenty One for the moment because working with Kadence theme is more ideal.
