When you do the base64 coding, you forgot the prefix “data:image/jpeg;base64,”

Thank you for reporting, we are aware of this issue and it will be fixed in our upcoming update.
Meanwhile, you can add the prefix in the 925 line of the following path to solve the problem: your_wordpress_folder/wp-content/plugins/popup-builder/public/js/PopupBuilder.js
