Close button not closing the site

Thanks for the video.

It seems you have Slider Revolution installed. We’ve received a similar report where their popups don’t close if Slider Revolution is active.

Just to confirm, could you try activating and targeting this popup to a page where no slider is present and see if it closes properly?

I had it before and it was working good . even with slider

but this issue happened after I installed 10 web booster or come cache plugin. maybe?

and also dear , even if thats the case , I dont want to delete slider revolution . so of course there is a solution

Okay I fixed the issue , I did “remove page cache ” on the pop up “https://prnt.sc/2Ezy5TC7xTB9

the problem is back now to the same:)

okay the final thing is that the issue is from the cache , there is a conflict between the clear cache plugins. which caused the issues, if I de activate it becomes perfect

Thanks for the constant updates.

Issues with caching plugins are common. If your caching plugin has the option to exclude files, please try to exclude the ff from being cached/minified:

/wp-content/uploads/pum/pum-site-scripts.js  
/wp-content/uploads/pum/pum-site-style.css
