Close button not working

  • Hi there, loving the plugin so far! The only issue I’m having is that the close button isn’t responding at all. The icon is visible, but no matter where I click, the pop-up stays. It’s a pop-up that comes up before they exit the site. I can’t find any settings or issues that would be causing this. Pop-up can be find on the home page of https://airmax.ms (when about to exit).

    Thanks for your kind words.

    I checked your site but didn’t see a popup on exit. Perhaps you disabled it if it wasn’t working.

    However, I did notice a JavaScript error in the console which could possibly be related to the close button issue.

    Perhaps you could copy the site to a test server, and disable all plugins to try and isolate the problem.
