close button not working

    I am having some browser compatibility issues with the close button. I’m using the premium version and have created my own HTML popup. I don’t think I made any changes that should affect the close button. It works on all the new browsers I’ve tried but in older versions of Safari and Firefox, I click the button and it doesn’t close (which leaves users stuck there indefinitely!)

    Any ideas?

    Thanks – found the issue. Turned out to be a problem with the page itself loading poorly and getting stuck, so the button wasn’t working because the site wasn’t fully loaded.
