Close button not working

    Hi there!

    Thanks for providing this wonderful plugin for free!

    I’ve been able to setup a contact form using the plugin and everything works excellently except the close button.

    Whenever I click the close button, it disappears at the top right corner and reappears in the bottom left corner, but the popup remains open. Clicking the bottom left button closes the popup.

    How can this be fixed?

    Also just realized the popup only works on Chrome.
    When the button is clicked on other browsers (Firefox and Edge), it opens another page.
    Could also help with this?

    Sorry you’re having difficulties, I’m sure we can this resolved.

    First, your Click Trigger has a link in it – that’s why it’s taking you to a page where then the popup displays. Removing that link should fix that problem. We recommend checking out the different ways you can trigger a popup with Click Triggers here.

    As far as the close button issue, I’m going to have the Lead Dev @danieliser take a look as soon as possible.

    @steveaustin021 – Looks like you have implemented a different solution. I no longer see Popup Maker popups enabled.

    Let me know if when / how I can see it in action again if you still need help. Otherwise marking this resolved for now.
