  • I confirm: The close button doesn’t work in Chrome Version 49.0.2623.87

    Any chance of fixing this?

Tested the close button with Opera 36.0.2130.46 and Chrome 49.0.2623.110 (64-bit) on OSX with my own site torturedmind.org. It worked on both and it also works also in Firefox and Safari. Seems windows specific problem. Are there any errors in javascript console?

I found that this issue is related to touch-enabled devices.

Tested torturedmind.org demos on Chrome / Windows 10 with a touchscreen notebook.

Close button works only by “tapping” the screen and does not work by “click”.
Additionally, left/right arrows works fine with both tap and click.

Hope this can help fixing the issue.

I think it’s indeed related to touch/click. In version 1.5.2 close button should be handled similarly to navigation so hopefully it works now.

Yes! Now it works for me after updating to 1.5.2.

    Thanks

I have confirmed that your update is working in all major 64 bit browsers.

    Microsoft Edge: Working
    Firefox: Working
    Chrome: Working
    Opera: Working

Good job on the update. This plugin has a ton of potential. Lite and easy to use. My favorite part is that you can use words to trigger the modal, which is very nice and it is the reason I use it and is my go-to plugin when I need that function. Thanks for your hard work….keep it up.
