Close button push mode issue

    Great plugin! I have two questions that the answer for them will make this plugin perfect for me.

    1. In your screen shots i can see a close menu button, but in my site it doesn’t show and i can’t find it in the settings. Is it possible to display it?

    2. Is the a way to define the menu width in pixels? I override it from css but in the push mode it still takes the % value.. How can i adjust the push mode to pixels?

    Thanks for the kind words, please see responses below:

    1. This should automatically show, please provide a site URL so I can take a look.

    2. If you set the min. and max. menu widths to the same then this will give it the effect of having a pixel width.
