• The visitor or agent can end the current chat? I have not found an “end current conversation” button.
    Also I have noticed that the chat remains stored even if I close the visitor’s browser.

    Another question: I can use custom front-end JavaScript to start manually the chat using custom visitors data? Pseudo Code:

    // var "params" come from my script
    wp_lively_chat_start({ name: params.my.visitor_name, email: params.my_visitor_email, someparam: params.my_custom_param })

    Perhaps it is useful the ‘triggers extension’ with the appropriate changes.
