@neg5 see this GitHub issue https://github.com/alexminza/wc-moldovaagroindbank/issues/36 and try the proposed hotfix:

• replace the wc-moldovaagroindbank.php file in the plugin folder with this one https://github.com/alexminza/wc-moldovaagroindbank/blob/v1.4.2/wc-moldovaagroindbank.php
• deactivate and then reactivate the plugin to ensure the scheduled action is registered again
