Close function not working

  • I am facing this issue.
    I have just installed Easy Fancy Box. This is very good plugin but when I click on an image it opened up in fancy box but I can’t see option to close that box. I think there is some conflict that why close function is not working. Can you please help me out to solve this issue??? I am using genesis theme.

  • Hi, it sounds like an incompatibility with your theme. It might be CSS related, or other script that interferes with the FancyBox script.

    Can you share a link?
