Close menu modal on selection menu item

  • Hello,

    I just came across an issue with Chaplins modal menu. When you open the menu and select a menu item and then click the page back navigation in browser you are being redirected to the previous page however the modal menu is still open. Is this a desired behaviour? How can I change it?

    Hi @georgdem,

    It’s likely something that can be changed in JavaScript, but since it’s default behavior in the browsers, I’m not sure I’d like to change it. In either case, Chaplin isn’t getting much updates beyond required changes for new WordPress versions, so it’s unlikely I’ll address it in an update either way. You could probably modify it in a child theme, though.
