Close popup automatically after clicking submit button in form

    Hey,
    “Close the popup automatically after integrated form plugin submissions.”
    i am using survey maker form in this popup i have enabled this option and i want when customer submit the form it automatically closes the popup not by clicking he close button. is there any solution? i have checked that option but nothing happened ?

    You will need to add a From Submission trigger with the help of Form Submission cookie event to the popup.

    Hey let me tell you in detail what i want is that i need to close the popup when the form is submitted i don’t want customer to close it by clicking close button on top of popup i tried the above method but it didn’t work for me is there any solution to this? and i am using survey maker plugin for the form

    Hey @jerry0000,

    Form Submission Trigger

    Popup Maker doesn’t have built-in support for the Survey Maker plugin.

    So, the Form Submission trigger won’t work in your case. Sorry for the confusion.

    The good news is we can help you make a custom trigger if we know what event name Survey Maker uses when a survey gets submitted. I looked at their docs and didn’t see any developer or event trigger documentation.

    Could you reach out to their support team and ask them what event we can listen for when someone submits a survey. It should be something similar to what Contact Form 7 does with their wpcf7mailsent event.

    Disable the Popup Close Button

    We have a Forced Interaction extension that disables and hides popup close buttons. You can learn more about that on our site.
