    Hi, discovered this issue…

I am wishing to use a button on a popup that will take the user to an anchor (contact form) on the same page.
I have added the link on the button: #contact-form
Then added .close class to the button to close the popup.

I can see the page scroll behind the popup to the correct anchored section upon button press, however the popup does not close.
If I remove the anchor link, the popup closes as expected upon button press.

Any help on this would be much appreciated

    Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @lliwsiem

Thanks for noticing this bug and taking the time to report it here!

The reason for this is, that Divi handles the scrolling effect via javascript. So Divi observes the “click” event to animate the scrolling and also prevents other event handlers to process the click later.

I could reproduce the issue on a local site and luckily I also found a way to close the popup right before Divi starts scrolling!

This will be fixed in version 1.3.0, which is released in the next couple of days.

    Thanks, Philipp ??
