    Hi guys,

I encountered a little inconvenience on my site. When I click “Add to Cart” on my webpage, it opens up a popup where I can select options and then finally add it to the cart. This process alone is really annyoing for simple product, but my main complaint is, that when I click “Add to Cart” it does as said but doesn’t close the preview, which stops the buying flow and really annoying.

Do you guys have a solution? I have been searching for one but couldn’t find one.

    Thanks in advance

    Hi @kmrn

The add to cart behaviour that you are describing is not something that is in WooCommerce core. It sounds like this is something that your theme or another plugin is adding.
    ?
The best way to determine what is causing this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Thank you very much!

I followed your instructions and with some hard coding i got it to work.
