    Hi there, some of our members are closing their accounts using the built in form, however their subscriptions at stripe are not being cancelled and they are therefore being charged and are unhappy with us.

    I can collate with the cancellation confirmation emails that come to admin, however, this is not reliable.

    Any help/fix greatly appreciated.

    Hello,

    I have tried to regenerate the issue at our development server but it seems that everything is working fine. I would suggest that kindly check the issue by purchasing the subscription and after that close the account so you will get to know whether at stripe payment gateway subscription is canceling or not.
