Closed Caption suddenly not working

Hi, I’ve been using this plugin in my learndash based website. I was working very well. But recently the videos stop showing the CC, this happened just a few days ago. The CC option was there at the bottom of the player, but when I try to choose either one of it, the settings always went back to disabled. Please help.
