Closes popups on send

    We have a popup in elementor where the shortcode appears — when you enter the email and click submit, it forces the popup to close so the user misses the success or error message.

    Any ideas how to resolve this?

    The plugin uses standard form POST request to send the email, in your case for the user it would look like page refresh. I’ll see what I can do about it to make it more user-friendly.

    Please update to the next PRO (1.1.0) version of this plugin, I have just rolled out the update. It should address this issue and also the “From” field request you posted in another topic. Let me know if that worked.

    P.S. you may need to deactivate and then activate the plugin if the shortcode stops working.

    Thanks for doing that. I can see the new fields.

    I’m getting a spinning wheel on the button when testing in test/live mode on a regular page. I have deactivated and reactivated, cache etc, but no joy.

    No email follow-up either…

    Can you give me a link to your website where I can check it myself? If yes, send an email with it to [email protected]. Another option would be to check if there’s anything in the error logs of your webserver.
