closing behaviour not working after latest update

    Hi!

    After the latest Hustle plugin update the closing behavior settings doesn’t work correctly anymore.

    Under behavior settings -> closing behavior settings are next:

    pop-up will be closed by visitor clicking on x icon
    pop-up will be closed by clicking otside the pop-up

    and the pop-up message will be not show across the site on previous behaviour (this will be reset after 14 days).

    So if visitor closes the pop-up with any method selected, the pop-up still shows up almost every next time. Pop-up also repeatedly shows up after closing it while logged in as admin.

    Is there anything I can do?

    I trust you’re doing well!

    I’ve visited your site using Chrome and could not replicate this issue. After closing the pop-up from the X button, and outside the modal, it has not shown up again. Please let me know what browser are you using?

    Please note, that the closing behavior is based on cookies, so if a browser cache was cleared from your end, the pop-up will show up again.

    Hi!

    Yeah I’m aware it’s about cookies. However looks like it’s finally working today so far for me too again.

    Last days it popped up even for admin user for every new visit from the same browers (I’m using Chrome).

    But yeah looks like at least for now it’s somehow fixed. Anyway thanks for checking it out ??
