Closing login screen when successful

Firstly this plugin is basically working great, with the SI CAPTCHA plugin as well. Thank you!
My only (little) issue is that the “Registration complete. Please check your e-mail.” message is buried in the (now no longer needed) login fields.
Can the redundant fields be hidden with a bit of conditional CSS? So that just the ‘success’ message shows?
Or if not, can the login panel auto-close much quicker on a successful registration?
