closing portfolio item

Hi support team,
I’ve read this topic in the history but haven’t found a solution that works for me.
I have a problem with the lightbox option. When I click on a portfolio image, it opens wide, but then I can’t close it with X. Only with esc or a click next to the image.
I’m using the bootstrap version of lightbox, but the other one does not work either.
