CloudFlaire CDN and SiteGround hosting provider

    Hi,
    I am considering to move from webhostinghub to another hosting provider. SiteGround is one of canditates for the moving.
    They offered free CDN CloudFlare

    Is it absolutely same CloudFlaire to which I can connect independently? I.e. this is an “addvertisment trick”.
    Or they offered something really special for CloudFlaire?
